The problem of preserving infectious over time capable infecting remains actual. We evaluated viability preservation on different model time. Ceramic tiles, metal (aluminum foil), wood (chipboard), plastic and cloth (towel) were used as materials. Assessment presence RNA was carried out by quantitative RT-PCR.
